So what are the secret ingredients for super-duper web design? Well we'd like to think it's down to our endless talent, skill, passion and good looks... but it might have something to do with our faithful Nespresso machine and well-stocked fridge full of Red Bull. Who knows?

Andy has been working as a graphic turned web designer since 1997. In that time he's found himself working for some of the hottest start-ups and biggest household names there are.
He graduated with a BA in Graphic Design & Advertising in 2001 from BCUC. Before setting up Caffeinehit back in the summer of 2007 he worked as a designer for Yahoo, Apple Corps and MTV.

After doing regular education in Switzerland I first started as a fundraiser for different NGO's around Switzerland involved in environmental protection. That time was heavily accompanied by traveling around the cities and hills of that beautiful little country. Soon after, I expanded those voyages to the whole of Europe and a bit of northern Africa.
After coming back to Switzerland I started freelancing in a variety of computer and coding related jobs for different companies in .ch, involving traffic driving, Typo3 plugin hacking, a bit of SEO here and there and a bit of Leenoxing, again accompanied by long distance flights from/to Asia.
My preferred mode of work is Python coupled with the Django framework on top of Linux systems, preferably administered from a shell.
Having been into computers from a very early age enabled me to track and being involved into anything internet related since the late 90's.
Born in England, bred in Scotland, I am a man of many contradictions - and an amazing inability to write a decent biography. I'm a geek, yet love sports. I love the latest technology, yet still listen to vinyl. I've lived most of my life in Scotland, yet love cricket!
I went to university to do physics, but got lost and came out with computing science degree. I now find myself in the loving embrace of the Caffeinehit crew as I use my super powers to help make the world a better place.
In the future I'd like to do a lot more travelling, own more hats, and begin fewer sentences with 'I'.
