MANHATTAN
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- 2 measures Canadian Whiskey
- 1 measure sweet vermouthShake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. |
MARGARITA
- 1 1/2 measure Tequila
- 1/2 measure Cointreau
- 1 measure lemon or lime juiceMoisten the inner and outer edge of a cocktail glass with a slice of lemon or lime and dip in fine salt. Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into the glass. |
MARS SUNSET Sent in by Bylan Turner (2002)
- 4 measures Vodka
- 2 measures Archers
- Chilled pure orange juice (ones with bits look nicer)
- Blue BolsAdd the vodka and Archers into a pint glass Pour the pure orange juice into glass filling it to the top leave a slight amount of space pour blue bols down the side of the glass end product should be green at the bottom and orange at the top. |
MARTINI DRY
- 2 measures Gin
- 1 measure Dry VermouthShake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a stuffed olive or a twist of lemon peel. |
MOSCOW MULE
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Large twist of lime peel
- 1 1/2 measures Vodka
- Ginger Beer to top upPour the lime juice into a tall tumbler and drop in the twist of peel. Add ice cubes and pour in the vodka. Top up with ginger beer. Stir and decorate with lime slices. |

- 1 measure Stoli raspberry
- 1/2 measure ChambordFill rocks glass with ice pour in chambord first so it sits on bottom. Add stoli razz. fill with carbonated sour. Suck it down with two straws. |
