PADDY'S NIGHT - 1 measure creme de menthe - 1 measure Irish whiskey - Champagne to top up Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a large wine glass. Top up with Champagne to serve.
'PANTIES-BE-GONE' AKA PBG Sent in by Aaron Asbury (2002) - 1 shot ice-shaken/strained Absolute Citron or Lemon Vodka - 2 fingers peach schnapps - Dilute with coke or sprite - Add sugar-saturated lemon wedge to stir Do the above and enjoy!
PASPASINA ITALIAN PIZZA HALILI Sent in by Anonymous (2003) - 1 measure Don Julio Tequila - 1 measure Blue Curacoa - 1 measure Drambuie - 1oz sweet & sour - top glass off with lemonade Shake with ice, strain and pour over ice in tall frozen and (colored) sugared rim glass. Finish with lemon aid over mixture to fill glass. Garnish with Lime ribbon or twist.
PINA COLADA - 3 measures dark Rum - 3 tsp coconut milk - 3 tsp crushed pineapple Place the ingredients in an electric blender. Add 2 cups of crushed ice and blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Strain into a tall tumbler and serve with a straw.
PLUM ROYAL Sent in by David Borella (2002) - Shot of Frankische Pflaume - Champagne Blend ingredients briefly with ice. Strain and pour into a Champagne glass.
PLUM COSMO Sent in by Albert Trummer (2002) - 3oz of Frankische Pflaume - 3oz Absolut - 1oz Cranberry Juice - 1 dash fresh lime juice - 1 dash simple syrup Blend ingredients briefly with ice, strain and pour into a Martini glass.
POIRE WILLIAMS FIZZ - 1 1/2 measures Poire Williams Eau de Vie - 1 1/2 measures Poire Williams Liquor Champagne - fresh pear Mix first three ingredients in a flute glass and garnish with a sliver of fresh pear.
PURPLE HAZE Sent in by Rave Freeks (2002) - 1 shot aftershock blue - 1 shot aftershock red - 1 shot of Smirnoff Ice Put all these in a glass of ice and then just take a shot. Gaggle the shot in mouth for 30 sec swallow it and take a deep breath in.
