Shake first four ingredients together and strain into a small martini glass. Garnish with nutmeg or chocolate powder.

1/2 & 1/2 to taste (about 4 measures). Pour over Ice.

You get a scoop of orange sorbet, about 75ml cranberry juice, a good splurge of Smirnoff vodka (I find a double or even a treble works well!!), whack it all in a blender with about 6 big ice cubes (like the stuff you buy from supermarkets or they put in your diet coke in the pub so they don't have to give you as much, stingy buggers!) and whiz it up til it's slushy. You're best off putting the ice in first then the sorbet as this will make it stay slushier. Right, then get a big glass and put about 100ml Champagne (or Cava if you're poor like me!) in it. Carefully pour your slushy mixture over the top and there you have a Silver Mercedes! Watch it though, it's addictive!!

1. Open the bottle of vodka
2. Empty out about 3-4 shots of the vodka into a smaller empty bottle.
3. Open the first packet of skittles
4. Remove Green Skittles
5. Add all other skittles to the main vodka bottle.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for other 5 packets of skittles.
7. Add all the green skittles to the vodka which was initially removed.
8. Leave over night (not in fridge).
9. Wake up and put bottles in fridge.
10. Remove bottles from fridge that night - note skittles have completely dissolved - and PARTY!

Result : One bottle of sweet sweet red vodka, which goes down smooth as summer fruit . It's as lethal as they come because to all intensive purposes it is straight vodka and also because its full of sugar.

One bottle of green, which tastes quite Limey. Obvious question : why remove the greens? - If you don't you end up with a brown drink which looks mingin' and no-one will drink it.

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Pour all of the above into a glass, layering the drinks. Squirt cream on top and then down in one!
